Sanco Services is hiring motivated Equipment Installers to join our growing team. We're looking for dependable individuals with strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and willing to travel. Previous installer experience is helpful.Essential Functions:Install new and used equipment by following established processes and proceduresEnsure each installation is consistent with the next and meets the standard and customer's needsWork independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customerDiagnosing issues with re-installed equipment using diagnostic softwareOrder parts needed for each jobComplete documentation when job is completedCommunicate effectively with customersMaintain a high level of cleanlinessExperience & Skills:Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)Technical degree or certification in a skilled trade is a plusVerbal and written communication skillsBasic computer skillsProblem solving skillsTrouble shooting skillsWelding experience is a plusAbilities:Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitudePossess a clean driving recordMust be able to travel to customer locations for 2-3 weeks at a timeWork with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and forkliftsWork comfortably on a ladder and/or scaffoldingWorking Conditions:Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside)Frequently works on scaffoldingModerate exposure to confined spaces, moving objects, and mechanical partsModerate exposure to chemicals and fumesModerate noise levelCompensation and Benefits:Earning potential over $75K$3,000 sign-on bonusCompany provided travel accommodations:Airfare covered for work travelHotel accommodations providedEmployees retain airline miles and hotel reward points earned during travelTravel per diemUniforms providedTool financial assistance availableFull benefits package including:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid Time OffHoliday PayCompany Paid Life InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityHSA with company matchingWellness Program(Sign on bonus paid 50% at 90 days and 50% at 180 days of employment).
