As the first Head of Sales, this full-time remote position will own the revenue engine, directly managing the sales team, coaching Account Executives, and developing scalable sales processes to drive significant ARR growth. Key Responsibilities Own overall sales targets and be personally accountable for team ARR growth Coach, enable, and actively support AEs to close more and bigger deals Build and refine a scalable, repeatable sales playbook from prospecting through close Required Qualifications Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally scaling a company from $5M ARR to $10M or beyond A track record of owning a team number and coaching AEs to exceed quota Hands-on leadership style, comfortable jumping into deals when needed Experience building or refining sales processes in an early-stage or high-growth environment Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM
